Vacation Time
- Normal vacation accrual is 1.83 days per month, which equals 22 days per year.
- You may accrue up to 44 days in your vacation account. After 44 days, the accrual ceases. Best practice is to accrue no more than 40 days of vacation time, so that your vacation accrual is continuous.
- You may use vacation days throughout the year, except for school-based 12 month administrators during any PA State Assessment dates (Keystone and/or PSSA), unless approved by the Superintendent or designee.
- Vacation will not be unreasonably withheld.
To assist us in our endeavor to secure fifty (50) million dollars, we hosted a CASA Press Conference on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, at 1:00 PM (our first press conference this year😊). It is not every day that CASA calls a press conference.
