Audio/Photography/Video Consent

Purpose

• Use your image, likeness, and/or voice on our website, social media channels, newsletters, print publications, and other communication platforms.

You understand that these materials may be used without further notice or compensation and that all rights to the recordings and images will belong exclusively to Teamsters Local 502 CASA.

Opt-Out Requests

If you do not wish to be photographed, recorded, or appear in any published materials, you must notify us in writing before the event by filling out the form below. While every reasonable effort will be made to accommodate such requests, please note that it may not be possible to fully exclude individuals from all group images, crowd shots, or event recordings.

Ownership and Rights

All photographs, videos, and audio recordings taken by Teamsters Local 502 CASA or its authorized representatives are the sole property of the organization. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of these materials is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
